How Tournaments Work

  1. Choose a tournament. Check the game, player/clan format, rules and available places.
  2. Join while registration is open. The administrator starts the bracket when it is ready.
  3. Open your match. Arrange a time with your opponent and follow the published rules.
  4. Submit evidence and the result. Your opponent must confirm or dispute it.
  5. Advance. A confirmed result with a winner advances automatically. The first winner waits in the next bracket slot.
  6. Next match. Once both opponents are known, their match is created and receives the tournament's configured time window.
  7. Final. An opponent-confirmed final with a winner completes the tournament and identifies the champion.

Understanding deadlines

The time window starts when the match is created, not at the previous round's deadline. With a four-day window, a match created on Monday is due on Friday, even if both preceding matches were completed on Monday. Times are displayed in your browser's local timezone when supported.

Disputes, draws and no-shows

Do not confirm an incorrect result. Use Dispute and provide an explanation. Draws do not advance automatically. An administrator handles disputes and no-shows. Administrator-resolved results still require manual Advance Winner or Confirm Champion.

Contact and notifications

Tournament WhatsApp contact depends on participant permissions and sharing consent. Ready-match emails are sent using the existing email system. If a message is missing, check spam or ask the administrator to resend it.
