Where do I start?
Open Competitions for tournaments and matches, Clans to explore teams, or Players to find people to play with. Create an account to participate.
What is Ready?
Use My Games in your account menu to add or edit your nickname, platform and rank. Then use Ready to signal that you are available to play. Saving My Games does not start Ready. Edit your basic identity in Edit Profile.
How do I join a clan?
Open a clan page and use the available application or contact options. Clan managers handle membership decisions.
How do results work?
Submit the result and required screenshots. Your opponent confirms or disputes it. A confirmed tournament winner advances automatically. See the Tournament Guide.
Does the Deadline mean I must wait until that date?
No. It is the latest time to complete the match. You can arrange and play it earlier.
How do I reset my password?
Use Forgot Password and check your email, including spam. Never send your password to Support.
Is email verification required?
Normal use currently does not require verification. The verification option is available from My Profile when enabled.
How do I report abuse or close my account?
Use Report or Block where available. Account closure and privacy requests are handled manually through Support.
