GamersGG is operated by Adiel Abergel. This page explains how information is used in the current service.
Information we hold
Account information includes your email, password hash, account status and relevant timestamps. Profile information can include a display name, avatar, nationality, region, languages, WhatsApp number, Discord and social links. We store your birth year privately, and registration records the policy version and acceptance timestamps.
Using the service also creates records such as clan memberships and applications, follows, Ready sessions, contact events, challenges, match results, uploaded evidence, tournament participation, reports and blocks. Our hosting provider may process technical access and security logs.
Why it is used
We use information to operate accounts and profiles, connect participants, organise competitions, send service messages, handle support and abuse reports, and protect the service. Acceptance of the Terms or acknowledgement of this policy is not a separate opt-in to advertising.
What others can see
Player and clan profiles and competition information may be publicly visible. Completed match results and evidence can be visible publicly. Contact details are exposed through the site's contact features according to the available permissions and preferences; tournament WhatsApp contact uses the existing participant and sharing checks. Your birth year is not displayed on public profiles. Do not place confidential information in profiles or evidence. Uploaded files can be accessible to someone who has their direct URL.
Community chat
Public chat is visible to guests. Private messages are stored for their participants; administrators can review reported messages. Blocking stops new private messages. Email notifications may include the sender name and a shortened preview of the actual message, plus competitive context when unambiguous. You can disable private-message email notifications in Chat. Chat messages are not automatically deleted in this release.
Providers and external links
Hosting and email providers process data needed to deliver the service. Opening WhatsApp support sends you to WhatsApp with the selected draft message; you decide whether to send it. Discord, social links and external video services operate independently. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. Providers may process information outside your country.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential cookies support login and security; browser storage also retains interface preferences. A separate analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You may accept, reject or withdraw optional analytics using Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejecting does not restrict the service. On withdrawal we stop analytics, remove accessible analytics cookies and reload if the tag was loaded. Earlier data already sent cannot be recalled by the browser. If JavaScript or preference storage is unavailable, optional analytics stays off.
Retention, closure and privacy requests
We retain information while needed for the service, account support, competition records and legitimate security or legal purposes. There is no automatic deletion schedule in this release. Changing an account to a deleted status disables its use but does not by itself erase personal information.
You can request access, correction, account closure or deletion through Support. We verify account ownership before acting and assess connected records, including ongoing matches and disputes. We explain any information that must be retained. Backups may retain earlier data until they are replaced under the hosting backup process. Do not send passwords or identity documents through WhatsApp.
Age and security
The service is intended for users aged 16 and above. Contact us if you believe an underage account exists. We use measures such as password hashing and server-side access checks, but cannot promise absolute security.

Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics 4 is used only after your explicit permission and only on eligible public pages. We do not measure account, verification, chat, administration or version-preview pages. Measurement uses restricted page information; we do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, messages or account tokens. Google processes analytics data as a service provider, potentially outside your country. Analytics is not used for advertising or remarketing in this release.
Age and public profiles
The service is intended for users aged 16 and above. Registration checks the birth year and an age declaration; this is not full identity or age verification. Birth year is not displayed publicly. Public clans, rosters and tournaments can display player names. Player profile pages are marked noindex in V7, which is not an access restriction or a guarantee that names cannot appear elsewhere.
